I really enjoyed everything, but the pool was definitely the highlight.

The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was very useful. The pool area is great for watching the day go by. The views are excellent. We were well looked after and the staff were really helpful and accommodating. The property is well located for paying Matera a visit.

The owner, Giuseppe, is extremely friendly, helpful, caring and welcoming. Very beautifully landscaped surroundings (roses in bloom, vineyard in the yard, olive trees), very large outdoor swimming pool and only 20 minutes from Matera. Will we be back? If we have the chance to visit Matera again, we will definitely return to these people. Grazie mille ❤️👋

Absolutely wonderful vacation villa, with huge pool, attentive staff and generous host - Giuseppe, who does his best to fulfill your needs, help you or just advise you great dining spots. We really liked that we didn’t have to carry any keys with us, as all of the doors unlocked with a code.

“Charming beautiful Italian stay..”

johnny so accommodating and helpful. i was traveling alone for family reunion in montiscagliosa. he took me to town and when possible met me in town and i followed him back. i felt safe even though facility was far away from town central. the remoteness of the farm was so charming. but if i didnt have escort not ideal for solo senior traveler. the streets close for the festival of st rocco and i had difficulty returning to hotel during some nights there. pool fantastic in 96 degree temperature.so close to Matera and when festival was over much easier to travel to town central and find parking . You need a car. they even had gluten free bread for me for breakfast and delicious coffee.
