“Beautiful and quiet apartment in de historic city center. For visits to Matera this is a very good choice”
The apartment was tastefully designed and decorated. It is located in the old historic center with its typical and characteristic small streets. The small village Montescaglioso is a hidden gem near Matera. It is situated at the top of a hill which gives a panoramic view over de valley.

This rental is great. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, really nice outside patio and so close to Matera. Rocco is an amazing host. Great communication via What'sApp/Text. The breakfast at the Capital Cafe was delicious. Superb coffee! Delicious breakfast items. Would definitely stay here again! Grazie Rocco and Ciao until next time!!

The appartment is faboluos, very big and clean. The host is very nice and helped us a lot on a way to place. The location is also nice in the historic part of the town. The breakfast served by the host in the restaurant far approx. 1 km from the appartment was very good.

“Awesome find with a great view!”
We stayed in "Apartment". Interior inside very nice, good choices in colours and materials. Great air-conditioning. Comfy bed and linen. Very nice bathroom and great shower. The terrace was really great! The host Rocco, a full 10! Very nice, friendly and fast! Had a teally nice breakfast at his cafe.

Nice stay. Apartment in the historic part of the town, nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a terrace with a view. You have to walk a bit from the parking lot, but it is normal in the city - that's not a problem, you get a parking card from the owners. We stayed in a Suite, there are two comfortable double beds, not separated by a door. The only caveat we have to breakfast. We can recommend this apartment :)
