Located in the commercial centre of Monterrey, iStay Hotel features an outdoor pool, tennis court and gym. There is also free WiFi and free on-site parking. I read a lot of mixed reviews I was a bit worried about my stay in iStay Monterrey. But our stay was excellent. People complained about rooms cleaning and air conditioning not working. Our room was cleaned every day, with all towels changed daily and air conditioning worked without any problems. Hotel rooms look a little bit old, but they're comfy and clean. We used a swimming pool a couple of times. And used a restaurant.

“Good for a work visit”
The bed was comfy, the room was clean and had what I needed to work - a desk, wifi, fridge etc. A good shower with hot water and good power. The room had nice views out over the mountains, and it was really nice being able to open the window for fresh air. Aircon was also great.

I didnt stay in this hotel due to dirty rooms which was never cleaned, i was there only for 5 min but they charged me anyways So I need refund! This place is a dump

Location is pretty good. If you rent a car, Don't be afraid of traffic. Everything in walking distance. Room very quiet!

“A basic stay, close to all ammenities”
Location was excellent, within walking distance to the major attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Room service was available until 10pm which was good and there was a nice choice of meals. Room was cleaned.
