“Lovely old renovated buildings turned hotel, authentic home base in Monterrey”
This place is as the name suggests, Antique. My room even had the original adobe walls, you could see horsehair and feathers embedded in the bricks, but under glass. Very clean, very comfortable bed - which I am picky about - optimum location for seeing the old town and the Parque Fundadora, a huge green space with arts and museums. I brought my own conditioner, as other reviewers noted none is provided. And even though I had a street-facing room, it was quiet at night.

Clean and comfrotable and well located neat the canal and old town. Limited facilities but plenty of breakfast / coffee areas in the neighbourhood. Great option if you don't spend much time in the hotel and just want a convenient place to sleep.

“Great hotel in Monterrey's downtown”
The location is perfect it is a few steps from restaurants and the famous Paseo de Santa Lucía. The room was very clean and had all the amenities mentioned, and the staff was really nice and they responded really fast when we contacted them by What's App.

I liked the nice kitchen. In the kitchen, I did not like the lack of plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, etc., etc. etc. Why have a nice kitchen facility without kitchen utensils? Very bad.

Lovely hotel. Well equipped and well cared for, very clean and comfortable. Very close to museums, restaurant district, and other tourist attractions, and able to walk around during the day with no problems. I wish I could have stayed here more.

“Perfect location!”
Only steps away from Santa Lucia and a short walk to either the Macroplaza, Barrio Antiguo or Parque Fundidora. The room was very pleasant and clean. The neighborhood looks rough but is very safe. The pillows were new and too firm for us, but that is the only negative, so it's okay.
