“Great value for money!!!”
Large room with comfortable beds and air conditioning, enough space to store clothes and luggage. An adjacent room with sofa and TV, table and chairs, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, as well as amenities such as tea, biscuits, salt and sugar. Breakfast is served outside on the large patio: milk, juice and cakes.

“Good location, clean and comfortable”
The location was good for us as we needed somewhere secure to park our van for the night. The breakfast was a panettone with fresh orange juice. There was milk in the fridge and a coffee maker.

“Beautiful sunset with olive trees”
The accommodation is a bit away from the road and not easy to see. But once you see the house, you immediately feel at home. You are surrounded by olive trees and have a wonderful view of the sunset from the terrace. We were also very positively surprised by the size of the appartment. Everything was very clean and cosy.

Very helpfull owner. Huge terrace with incredible view. Delicious Italian style cake for breakfast. About 20-25 min walk to Monterotondo with shops and restaurants. Nice and pleasant stay.
