Our hostess Nicoletta was amazing. The accommodations were nice and clean and our rooms were always made up, cleaned and well organized for us. Nicoletta and her helper were extremely helpful and doted on us. Breakfast was plentiful and fantastic! We had an amazing experience. and recommend this establishment whole heartedly.

The host was super hospitable. She took the time to welcome us as soon as we arrived at the Monterosso train station and walked us to the accommodation. A generous amount of breakfast was provided too. Room was close to all eating shops and hiking trail, train and ferry stations.

We loved everything about our stay here. Our host Nicoletta was amazing! She met us at our parking destination. She arrived on her bike with a basket full of flowers. We followed her through town with our luggage. What a unique experience! Breakfast was served out on the terrace. So quaint! Room was very clean and location was perfect - near shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Our room in this charming B&B was quite spacious and very comfortable. Our hostess Nicoletta was very friendly and accommodating and she prepared a beautiful breakfast each day which was served on her delightful patio. This B&B was also very conveniently located.

We loved the location, so close to the main piazza, but peaceful and private setting in the owner’s birth home. The breakfast courtyard was exquisite with its hundred year old lemon tree and surrounding garden. Breakfast was authentically Italian with fresh fruits, pastries, savory meats and cheese, home brewed coffee and delicate omelettes. The menu varied from day to day. The room was small but with all the necessities and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Our host Nicoletta was very welcoming, supportive when our train was delayed due to a strike, met us at the station and walked us back to her home wheeling her flower adorned bicycle. She recommended several restaurants including La Tortuga which we loved! Incredible views and menu.

Fantastic b&b,Nicoletta met us off the train and it was a 15 min walk to her house.Amazing breakfast on a lovely terrace. So quiet at night.Room small but everything else made up for it.So clean,lovely comfy bed and best breakfast we have ever had.Don't stay anywhere else you will not be disappointed here.Nicoletta is the perfect host and Christina at breakfast was lovely.

The owner of the property Nicoletta was fabulous- she met us at the station to escort us to the hotel even when we were delayed 4 hours and arrived quite late at night. The breakfast provided was very generous & delicious and recommended great restaurants. A beautiful host

La Peoesie was marvellous from start to finish! Nicoletta and Kristina were absolutely amazing! The best hosts you could ask for. Charming, welcoming, gracious…just fabulous!! Breakfast was more than you could ask for, tons of food! Homemade omelettes! Our stay was fabulous, well appointed rooms and a gorgeous terrace! Will absolutely stay there again and again!!

Nicoletta was an amazing host, meeting us at the train station to guide us on the 10-min walk through the old town to La Poesia and pointing out nice restaurants on the way. Great location in being only minutes from everything but in a quieter street so not too much noise from people overnight, which can be an issue in some of these amazing Italian old towns with narrow streets and lots of people partying on. Breakfasts were superb with muesli, yogurt, juice, fruit, prosciutto, cheese, omelette, rolls, pastry and coffee and catered well for my my gluten-free wife. The lovely terrace had an abundance of flowers - hibiscus, petunias, mandevilla, lemon trees and even capers growing out of the old stone walls. Nicoletta even encouraged us to make use of the food we couldn't finish (prosciutto & cheese with our bread rolls & fruit) to take on our walk from Coniglia to Vernazza and back to Monterosso. Other staff also friendly and no problem arranging a time to come back and collect bags later in the day, leaving us a key in case La Poesia was unattended.
