Frederica and her family are such fantastic hosts! The BnB is in the middle of old town near train station. The room was clean and it smells so nice all the time! The facilities are well maintained. There are drinks and snacks for us and even beach towel and umbrella. We thoroughly love the cosy and welcoming vibes, thoughtfully prepared breakfast and the quiet stay! They also own a very cute souvenir shop if last minute souvenir shopping is needed. We were sad to leave and would 100% stay again when we are back!

“A family run accommodation that is modern, comfortable, spotless and friendly.”

This family-run accommodation was the best we stayed at during a three week trip to France and Italy. An easy walk from the train station and snuggly situated in the beautiful cobbled street right across from the church, it was recently renovated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. In a common area shared with just two other rooms are dining tables, a washing machine, coffee machine, snacks, cutlery and more, provided free. Our hosts were generous and obliging and assisted us with anything we needed.

“Fabulous!”

Situated in the old town of Monterosso - true little village charm. It’s a short walk from the train station and 18 steps up to the property. Manageable with luggages. Federica I and her family are exceptional hosts - kind, friendly, welcoming. Even though they do not provide breakfast per se, there’s a well stocked kitchen with complimentary drinks and treats. Every morning they provide delicious croissants and focaccia. There’s housekeeping daily and the lady who cleans is lovely and helpful. Federica’s parents own a souvenir shop downstairs and they have beautiful items at 10% discount. The restaurants nearby (family owned) serve delicious meals. All in all, they priced a great service.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, with comfortable bedding and everything we needed, including a shared washing machine. The croissants, yoghurt, fruit and coffee for breakfast were a treat. The hosts were welcoming. The location is right in the heart of the old town, above good restaurants (some of which offer a 10% discount for guests). Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable room. Great location. Short walk to reach the best beaches in Monterosso and the train station. Restaurants are right outside of the building. Hosts were very welcoming, and helpful.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had such a lovely experience staying here! The owner is absolutely fantastic – incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of great advice on both local sights and restaurants. She really made us feel at home and helped us discover some true hidden gems in the area. Be sure to ask her about the bar with the magical view – she knows exactly where it is, and it's not to be missed! Our room was super charming and cozy, with thoughtful details throughout. We especially appreciated the free minibar and the amazing air conditioning, a real lifesaver during the hot summer days. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, we would come back in a heartbeat!
