“A rare one”

Just back from three nights at Tenuta d'Arbia and it's one of those places I'd happily turn around and go back to tomorrow. The food is the standout. Every meal was better than the last, and there wasn't a single dish I'd have changed. Properly Tuscan, properly seasonal, and clearly cooked by someone who cares. Breakfast especially — the kind that ruins you for hotel breakfasts everywhere else. The staff are lovely — friendly without being in your face, and on top of everything before you've thought to ask. The owner is the same: warm, genuinely interested in how your stay is going, the kind of host who makes the difference between a nice hotel and somewhere you actually remember. The rooms are beautifully done. Lots of small, thoughtful details — there's an extra glass ceiling above the toilet that somehow I'd missed for three days. Says a lot about the level of care that's gone into the place. The spa is excellent too. Pristine, well equipped, clearly looked after rather than left to slowly fall apart like a lot of hotel spas do. The grounds and the wider setting are hard to beat. The infinity pool looks out over the Tuscan hills — the kind of spot you settle into and lose half a day without noticing. The Crete Senesi itself is genuinely beautiful: rolling clay hills, cypress trees, the kind of light you don't get many other places. And it's properly quiet. You actually disconnect, which is rare these days. Can't recommend it enough.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The entire staff – from the reception to the dining room – was kind, smiling, and attentive. Everything was done from the heart and with such a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, homemade and made with fresh local ingredients. Thank you for a perfect stay- we’ll definitely be back!

Tenuta d’Arbia is a true paradise resort in the heart of Tuscany. The whole set up is just breathtaking. From early morning till darkness falls in the evening it is continuously jaw dropping. The staff is super kind and to have breakfast and dinner with million dollar views is just awesome. Our huge room/apartment was out of this world with exceptional views. The owner was very kind and his eye for detail was showing everywhere in this place. A true hidden gem !

The whole place was absolutely beautiful. Every detail was carefully considered. The location was stunning, the food excellent and the staff just out of this world kind and professional. The design was sleek and stylish and nature was at the center of everything. I am a coeliac and need gluten free food. Here I felt very safe and had an abundance of choices. Always fresh gluten free bread for breakfast, but sometimes also apple cake or pancakes. And I did not even need to ask for it, staff always made clear they were aware of my needs in a very nice way. Just an amazing place where your soul rests. Warmly recommended!

Everything about this place was perfect – I absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly, everything was spotless and peaceful. The sauna with views over the Tuscan landscape was an unforgettable experience, and the food served at the accommodation was excellent. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Exceptional kitchen with different options every day. We highly recommend to test out all the offering . Beatyfull and comfortable rooms in a nice modern estetic while keeping the tuscan design roots. Great views all around into the tucan landscape. Since there are only a couple of rooms you will have a lot of space to yourselfs, which allowed us to relax and wind down a lot. The whole hotel area invites you to slow down and enjoy live. 1 Electric car charging spot is available which we used extensively since we did a lot of small tours into the country side. The hotel staff will help you a lot with planning and organising day trips.

Actual hotel is very beautiful. The staff were the real treat. We had an issue with our license and couldn't hire a car. So we caught the train, and the staff collected us from the local train station in the rain. Whatsapp communication made everything very easy. We received a room upgrade and felt right at home. Highly recommend the cooking class - the chef is no joke!

Firstly, the food was sensational - it was all homemade and fresh, and extremely delicious. The rooms were also spacious and clean and impeccably decorated - it felt like a peaceful place to relax and unwind. The staff were fantastic too, everyone was lovely and friendly - making you feel really welcome.

Little treasure in the middle of Turcany! Breathtaking views of the hills and fields! So calm that you could hear only the sound of birds! Amazing infinity pool to enjoy a swim, views and an aperitivo! So spacious rooms and so clean with levander smell everywhere! Perfect outside area to enjoy a glass of wine! Definitely suggest the chic-nic at sunset! Magical!

It was superb: the luxury of the room (even got an upgrade) design and quality, perfect bed and the most beautiful shower we have ever seen. Very good WIFI. The endless swimming pool of 30 meters long with a magnificent view! The very fresh and extended breakfast made with a lot homemade things served by very “gentile” staff, also the daily varying choice for the diner is a plus! Really a new hidden gem in Toscany! Must do! Thanks to the whole staff! Will certainly come back!

“Blissfully wonderful”

Love, love this beautiful place. Brand new resort that has a beautiful outlook on lavender and sunflower fields. The resort makes its own lavender creams, soaps and lotions from the lavender they harvest. The owner was hands on, the staff very accommodating . Wished we stayed longer as it is an ideal location. Pool is super long about 40m situated amongst the harvest…. Had dinner under the Tuscan stars , Barbara the chef did a wonderful meal. Have already forward details to friends and a new friend we meet in Florence for them to stay. Highly recommend! Will try and get back to see how the resort and crops are progressing.
