The rooms were really nice and comfortable.The lobby was so pretty. There was a valet parking. It was good.My daughter had a coin which gave her free ice cream.

“Lovely hotel with plenty on offer”

Room was so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My husband is a very loud snorer, we went for a twin queen and I barely knew he was in the other bed - was the best sleep I had since arriving in California, data from my watch even backed that up :-D Facilities were great, staff were lovely and helpful. The parking garage is right next to the hotel but it's clearly marked. We opted for the 'self park' option and were able to just check out in the parking garage itself with the man at the booth which made it a really smooth exit. Would definitely stay at again.

Our first room did not have the view we paid for however after speaking to a manager at reception they moved us to a higher up room. Which was much better

Sorry for a 4* I was expecting so much more, beds were advised as queen size and were clearly doubles and not the comfiest , shower was very poor no power to water spray. Pool area extremely noisy with traffic horns going off every 10 seconds. We are in the restaurant and were delivered starter and main together then bill within 5 minutes didn’t ask if we wanted dessert. Sorry for the price we paid I was expecting a whole lot more and better service.
