Amazing place in every way. Clean and spacious with a coffe machine. Very quiet. Wish I had stayed another day. Very professional manager with integrety. That is not common in this area, After staying in hotels for the past 7 months in Australia and southeast Asia, this place is something very special

We came during shoulder season and it was still very cold, and the place was well heated and the bedding really comfortable. Location is right in the heart of the old town. The host Giuseppe is a really sweet elderly man & very Italian. So lovely suggesting restaurants and wineries. Maybe the parking can be a little complicated…but anyone can manage it (be ready with paper & pen, coz you’ll need to leave a note on your dashboard). It’s an old town houses, they’re charming, so don’t expect lifts….heads up to those coming with big luggages.

Rooms have all you need. Very well located. Giuseppe was so welcoming and helpful in helping book activities and find restaurants. You feel at home.

“Great stay in the heart of the town”

The location was perfect – right on the main street, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The hosts were amazing and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having a parking space was also very convenient. We would be happy to come back again!

“Giuseppe and Luisa are wonderful hosts”

Giuseppe and Luisa were amazing! Very kind, helpful and patient. Google maps wanted to send me down a street where a car won't fit. I ended up parking and walking to the property. Giuseppe showed me how to get my car there (so I could unload luggage) and then explained and showed me on a map how to get to the parking garage associated with the property. The property is very quiet and conveniently located close to make sights and great restaurants and tasting rooms. I had the attic room which was very large. Small kitchen area, dining area, 2 different couch areas and a large bed. A good sized bathroom as well.

Excellent location, right in the city center and on the main road of Montepulciano. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Although the windows of our room faced the main street, they were well soundproofed so it was nice and quiet. Warm welcome from our hosts, they gave us a lot of info about what to visit or where to eat well in Montepulciano. Also, we had a very good comunication with them before arriving at the location with all the required details. Thank you Luisa & Giuseppe, you are doing an excellent job!

The location was central and convenient. The space on the top floor was generous with a large screen tv in the bedroom. The sheets and towels were good quality. I looked being able to boil water for tea.

We loved our stay at Vicolo dell’Oste! The owners were very welcoming, friendly and forthcoming with information that we might find helpful whilst in Montepulciano. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The position was nice and central.
