Great location, very close by car to the center of Montepulciano, at the same time gives the feeling of being in the heart of nature. Big and comfortable rooms. The view of the rooms and pool area was excellent. Best hotel to feel Tuscany countryside feeling.

The most beautiful location and villa I have ever stayed at. The view, facilities, staff, included breakfast, jacuzzi, wine, pool, laundry were all absolutely stunning.

The accommodation was wonderful, large and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is well nestled in vineyard.

Due to a booking error, we were upgraded to the Terra Antica Resort for two thirds of our stay. The Resort is a cut above, with phenomenally comfortable beds, an infinity pool, high end toiletries, and a more manicured setting. We loved our time here and were very grateful to spend time at both places. The property at Tuscany Living is also lovely in other ways - seemingly fewer people, and a slightly more 'wild' landscape and relaxed feel. We appreciated different things about the two places and enjoyed our time at both. We were very grateful to Mario for finding a very satisfactory and enjoyable solution to the booking error. Very helpful staff all around, and lovely properties.

“Absolutely Recommended”

We booked a one-bedroom apartment for four people. When we arrived, the sofa bed in the living room was already set up, and an extra mattress had been placed on it, making it just as comfortable as a regular bed. The bathroom was lovely, the breakfast was great, and we had a fantastic view.

Amazing view from pool, whirlpool and sauna. Very quiet, new appartments, modern and clean. Reception provided many information about the area. You can use the pool and whirlpool 24/7. Would visit again

Perfect location outside Montepulciano, a 7-minute drive away. The building allows for multiple guests to stay at the same time, each with their own unit including privacy. The public areas: the infinity pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna - all are wonderfully enhanced and enhance the experience of the place, each from its place at the edge of the landscape. The farm is surrounded by vineyards and greenery is in front of our eyes all the time - exactly what we needed. Delicious and fresh breakfast. Extremely efficient service and communication. We will definitely be back.

Everything. Pool and spa area were great, could spend all day there. There rooms were lovely, every window had beautiful view over the vineyards and the valley. We wished we spent more than 4 nights here. It felt so private and quiet, very peaceful.

We loved our stay at Terra Antica Appartamenti - magnificent setting with incredible views of Tuscan landscape and Montepulciano on the hill. Such comfortable accommodation - it felt like our own villa! We loved the swimming pool with the view and the hottub jacuzzi with a view was a real treat! Nice little touches of gowns, slippers, welcoming bottle of wine and use of Laundry facilities. We loved being able to prepare our own breakfast and it was all so comfortable and wonderful. A warm welcome also from Mario at the main Terra Antica venue when we fetched out key. Gracie mille!

Lovely property which is well maintained and clean and all small touches well thought of including the baking paper included in the oven. Bedding was comfortable and we were all kept warm with sufficient heating and apartment was well insulated in winter.

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany. Wish we could stay there our whole time in the area. Will surely come back. Perfect location close to everything, beautiful views. Team was extremely helpful and kind. Our apartment was amazingly furnished and fitted our needs for traveling with a 2 years old. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great shower. Comfortable beds and baby crib. Baby crib included a mattress, baby pillow and a blanket just like at home (didn't happen in other places we stayed in). Perfect breakfast!!! Breakfast team was the best and we would like to specially thank Levinia for the amazing hospitality. Breakfast team made sure they prepare something gluten-free especially for us (celiac). Thank you for everything we hope to come again.

We were on a 10-day trip in Tuscany, and we both agreed this was the best place of our entire trip. This villa is amazing, located within a winery surrounded by vast grape fields. The view is stunning, and the villa is equipped with modern facilities, offering everything you could think of in style. The bathroom is spacious and well-designed, and the beds are super comfortable. We highly recommend this villa for couples.

We had an amazing stay. Would’ve stayed longer if we could. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pool was spotless and the whole property was well maintained. We want to thank Flavio in reception for his great work and Anita for the wonderful wine tasting. We really hope to come back some day.
