Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Clean and comfortable with the added bonus of Xmas markets right outside our door. The breakfast which is included at the Cafe was also very good, the cafe is charming with it's art deco interior and great views.

“Magical. Staying in a palace on a medieval town square brought the magic of Italy home.”
The residenze exceeded our expectations. The large unit with 20' ceilings was palatial. You were in an impressive historic room , but had all modern amenities you could want. The place was also extremely well equipped and stocked with supplies. The location was excellent, right on the main square surrounded by other historic residences. The town itself was magical with breathtaking views of the countryside and seeped in local culture and cuisine. You need to walk a short way to the restaurant providing the breakfast, but the views make it worthwhile

Great location. Top of the hill. On the Grand Plaza. Beautiful well equipped apartment renovated maintaining its historic character. close proximity to cafes & restaurants. some with spectacular Tuscany views. Breakfast is provided in a 1920’s restaurant also with spectacular Tuscany views.

Our breakfast, included in the price, was at a charming restaurant a pleasant stroll away, that offered a variety of comfortably inviting indoor seating as well as an outdoor terrace with majestic views of the countryside! I wish we’d stayed longer and would have definitely planned a dinner at the same delightful spot!

This property is in an amazing Palazzo in a fantastic location. It was a very special place to stay, for a great price. All the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early but there was no problem with checking in. It is very spacious and clean, and had lots of windows for natural light.
