“Amazing stay in the heart of Montepulciano”

Our host was wonderful, rooms are clean and spacious, heating worked well, the shower is big and well maintained, and most importantly, the location is great!

“Convenient stay in the heart of Montepulciano, but breakfast isn't free”

Our host was accommodating and the location was perfect, right in the middle of what feels like the center of Montepulciano. It was a bit of a hike to get from the parking lot to the place, but we just didn't realize that Montepulciano was going to be so hilly! We were about an hour late because of accidents on the autostrade, and our host offered to call the restaurant where we had reservations to speak on our behalf. I don't know if this is what made the restaurant hold our (perfect) patio table to see the sunset, but I'm willing to give the credit to him! Finally, one of my kids had a bloody nose in the middle of the night, and the host was gracious about our having to leave a slightly stained pillowcase/pillow behind. Managing the ZTL and parking for us is really convenient but be prepared for a bit of a hike.

The owner moved us to an apartment for a small extra charge, as we stayed 6 nights Super location , quiet, very comfortable bed, spacious apartment, friendly and helpful owners.

“Excellent place and host”

The place is really beautiful, clean and warm. In the heart of Montepulciano, everything is nearby. The host helped us a lot after a mistake on our side when we booked the room and he made everything to make us comfortable and satisfied when he was not it's responsibility. He is a really considerate host. He sent all the details to find the parking spot. He also recommended us a really good place to go: Bagno di San Filippo, which we would recommend to anyone who visits Tuscany and has a car to move.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Montepulciano with parking just a short walk away. We were sent very detailed information on how to access the parking complete with photos which we appreciated. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious and the building even had a lift. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is in the center of Montepulciano and it is really nice location. Stuff was very helpful and gave us maps and suggestions on how to move around.

Our host was great, booked our table for dinner and arranged another hotel for us the following night as we wanted to extend our stay but he was fully booked. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing. The view beautiful, the apartment was excellent. The location is excellent. The apartment was spacious and modern. The owner was very accomodating. We arrived VERY early in the morning and there was some miscommunication with our arrival time because we put it in a large paragraph. However, we were able to check our bags and get into a different room early. This was a blessing for us. He also set us up with a taxi, gave us recommendations of where to go. He was amazing. We greatly appreciated it.
