“Great family base to explore”

We loved this little place. Two bedroom and bathrooms an and so well located. Sitting at the windows watching the world go by downstairs.

The apartment is old-fashioned (in a nice way) and was very roomy and comfortable during hot weather. It was well equipped with two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The windows could be fully or partially opened or could be fully shuttered. The apartment is very well located right at the top of the hill that the town is on, so it is very convenient, but always uphill to return to the apartment. In a small city where parking is limited, much of the time I could park right in front of the apartment. When those spots are full, the apartment has its own free reserved spot, which is a 5-10 minute walk away (admittedly up a steep hill). This allowed easy travel to other nearby towns or to a good supermarket at the other (much lower) end of town.

A delightful spacious apartment, with a lot of local character in the old town. We were able to get a car park in the street beside apartment. Lots of places to eat and drink close by, and apartment kitchen is well set up for cooking your own meals.

Loved the location of looking into the gardens surrounding the Fortezza. It was also very close to Piazza Grande. The appartment was authentically Italian. Beautifully finished with obvious care.

Located above a very good restaurant and well located to visit the town sites. Anna who greeted us was helpful, efficient and patient. The apartment was large and well equipped.

Location couldn’t have been better. The host was readily available upon the arrival and helped us when unloading the car. The property was great, well-equipped and very charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it.

Right above the restaurant popular restaurant Osteria del Conte. The owner was very helpful and informative. Infact, we were arrived late and still accommodated our late arrival. She suggested a few places to visit, which turned out very nice.

The location was excellent, right in front of the Fortezza at the top of the town. We parked the car beside the apartment every day, very fortunate for us although there was also free parking in a lot nearby. The apartment is huge with all amenities included and a very accommodating host.

Good location

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city. The facilities were great and we were very comfortable. Air con worked very well in the peak of summer. You just need to leave the bedroom door open so it flows through from the kitchen, as the aircon is in the kitchen not the bedroom.

Fantastic view, fantastic surrounding, fantastic medieval house with comfortable furniture, very nice and cosy rooms, really fantastic town, with really nice host. This is a perfect place to relax. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed.

Great location. Above one of the best restaurants in Montepulciano. Across the street is the park outside the fortress, ideal playground for kids. Possible to taste many wines in the fortress. Staff were very helpful. Very spacious apartment. Reserved parking space in nearby car park

“An excellent stay”

This apartment is very comfortable, nicely equipped and in an excellent location in the heart of the old town of Montepulciano. It is within easy walking distance of everything of interest. This is the second time I have stayed in the apartment and would do it next time too.

Superb location, right in the heart of Montepulciano, just along from the main square. Lovely views over the neighbouring park and trees. A very spacious and comfortable apartment with an excellent restaurant downstairs.

This is the best place to stay... It looks stunning, and is in the city centre so you can enjoy all wine tastings in the centre. The bed is comfortable and the apartment has 2 bathrooms. The host was nice.
