“Montenarto, Montenartro, Montenarto…..👍💪❤️”

Located in the mountain region close to Llavorsi. Spectacular views and walking. The village is very small but superbly maintained and properties are stunning. If you enjoy walking/hiking then this place is ideal for you as the mountain range and available walks are tremendous. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. It had lovely views of the village and surrounding scenery. The staff (Fernando and Enriquè - brothers) made us feel so welcome and we enjoyed two amazing nights with them in the bar and restaurant, playing our favourite music and talking for hours. Given that Montenartro is fairly remote and a fair drive from the main road, the bar and restaurant are absolutely essential and Carol and I were treated to fantastic food throughout. In fact the best on our months road trip by far. Our time with Fernando and Enriquè was the highlight of our holiday and totally unexpected. We had such an amazing time, Mintenartro is definitely in our itinerary for next year. We can’t recommend this accomodation more highly. Thanks to the brothers for making us feel part of the family. “The perfect holiday stay”

This is a fabulous place, a far away retreat with excellent access, easy to find with the indications given, wonderful hosts who make you feel at home, excellent dinners cooked by one of the brothers who run the place jointly. The kids loved it, and we had a wonderful time, also hiking with the dogs of the house. Nearby attractions ensure activities for the whole family, combined with the peace of the village.

The location is beautiful and the host super friendly. Inform us very good in advance and waited for us just outside the village to show the way. We also had some diners at the location. The brother is super good cook, we enjoyed it a lot.

Very quiet and beautiful place. Place was very clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking. The stuff was very nice and friendly. They helped us with a lot of things. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming mountain retreat, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking location nestled in the middle of the mountains. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The 15-minute drive through a scenic path added to the sense of adventure and anticipation.

The rooms hat gorgeous views of the mountains; the latter offered good hiking routes. The place was very clean and tidy, with enough cooking supplies for us to make our own meals. The host was very helpful with helping out and suggesting hiking routes.

Excellent location, exquisite food, and kind, welcoming hosts. We came to watch the Perseids, and host Enrique personally accompanied us up to a trail where we could go and watch them, and gave us walking sticks and directions on where to go, on the best hand-drawn map ever. A wonderful, welcoming, tiny mountain community that we'll return to as soon as possible.

“An amazing weekend away”

The location was beautifully set deep in the mountains. Our apartment was nicely equipped, perfectly sized for our group and with a fantastic wood burning fire in the lounge area. The barbecue area outside was also excellent. However, the best part of all was by far the staff. Doing their abosulte best to accommodate our every request and help us as much as possible to enjoy our stay. Would highly HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the area.
