“Perfect apartment in a perfect place”
Such an amazing accommodation. Well equipped only stayed for one night but it was Perfect. Well equipped, a great mix of traditional and modern. Fabulous bathroom and comfortable bed. We had no intention of cooking but only found a supermarket and no eatery so we tested the kitchen too. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Finally the apartment is based in a beautiful town with amazing architecture.

“Excellent value for money in a lovely village”
We often stop in Montemarciano on the way back to England and this was one of our best experience. Easy communication, very pet friendly (and we did not have to pay the usual extra), breakfast included at a local bar, nice flat with all facilities and very clean. We will be back if available.

“Best pet-friendly apartment”
As we arrived on a super hot day, we were so pleased to find that the apartment was already set up with aircon turned on and the dog bowl filled with water. The apartment was clean, well laid out and equipped with modern amenities for our short stay. There's generous amount of coffee capsules provided. There was even a dog bed provided. Rocco has been a great host with prompt and clear instructions.
