We experienced a truly and unique kindness and hospitality professionalism in the heart of Montelimer. Thank you to Clasien for the wonderful breakfasts and Daan for the sightseeing and gastronomic advice! I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic accommodation to everyone. It was very memorable for us.

I simply loved it, from the moment I spoke to the charming Dan, while trying to find the gate ( a one way road system was in place for road works) he came out in the pouring rain to guide us. I knew it was going to be special. Our hosts were eceptional. Friendly, interesting, considerate, and oh so kind! Nothing was beyond their willingness and ability to share their beautiful and fascinating art deco restored chateaux. We had a beautiful, different breakfast with them each morning, and I can't help but feel we have found friends for life. I'm cynical usually, but Dan and Clasine are special people. Try this place, before you miss it!

Very good and varied breakfast. Very generous evening reception by the Dutch host couple, bringing guests together, provided they want to. Marvellous spacious house beautifully decorated in historic style. Nice garden and pool area. 300 m from center of town. We will certainly be back.

“I found the hosts overbearing”

The room I had faced onto the patio where other guests sat so there was a lack of privacy. The owners were very very keen to be involved in conversations and my holiday, possible to much so for me.

“Beautiful experience in the heart of Montelimar”

This was a marvellous house to stay in. The attention to detail of the Art Deco decoration made this experience delightful. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices and freshly baked goods.

Everything is lovely: the house, the large rooms, the luxurious bedding, the garden, and the refreshing swimming pool. The breakfasts are exemplary, as are the dishes they are served on. A ten-minute walk from the park and restaurants makes the location perfect for visiting Montélimar, which itself is a good base for visiting the many villages close by. Best of all though are our charming and convivial hosts, Clasien and Daan who are ever-attentive and assure that guests feel welcomed and at home. A real pleasure!
