The spa was excellent. There is a separate, relatively new spa complex with beautiful thermal pools, everything feels modern and very well maintained. I also liked that day visitors have their own pool area, which helps keep the main spa quieter even though many people come during the day. The outdoor thermal pools were especially enjoyable, even in January. The food was another highlight. Dinners were outstanding — both in presentation and taste, almost at a Michelin-star level. There was always a choice between meat, fish, or vegetarian dishes, plus a very good salad bar. Breakfast was a standard buffet, and lunch offered a salad bar and a small selection of hot dishes. The hotel also has a very good gym, which I used during my stay. It is divided into two areas: one more for strength training and another space that can be used for stretching or individual workouts. The staff was friendly and helpful. For example, when I asked for a kettle for hot water, they could not provide one but kindly offered a thermos instead. They were also flexible when I needed to shorten my stay — although it was technically not possible, the manager helped arrange a partial refund.

We just spent one night in the hotel on our way to Sardinia. It was a very relaxing stay, dinner and breakfast were wonderful.

The staff was very accommodating and the place is very well kept with private parking a superb setting and the terme are very good too. We will come back soon. Guido and lara.

Amazing location. Spa is just perfect.

This is a hotel where you go to for the thermal baths. However, dinner was very good as well, with a nice menu, reasonably priced and live music. Breakfast spread was very good, and on the Sunday with live harpsichord music.

The breakfast was excellent. The spa was top notch. Venice was just a 1 hour train away.

“Beautiful, Relaxing, and Affordable”

The hotel itself is beautiful. Classy but affordable. The terme pools are quite large and have a diverse assortment of therapies. The Nero Spa was so relaxing and my husband and I could have spent more time here. Several different saunas, steam rooms, and sensory areas. We also paid to have all 3 meals included in our stay and the food was amazing. The wines we tried were all excellent. The hotel also had a live pianist and harp player at different meals. The experience was all around incredible!

The hotel was very good and I recommend it. Especially for sports people that require physio. The gym is good and the services (massages, Spa,...) are exceptional. My only advise is not to book through booking.com. Go direct!
