“Great Phoenix!!”
Marco, the host, was very welcoming and provided us with a great breakfast. He also assisted with restaurant options and sightseeing. It was a shame we only had the one night here, as the B&B was very comfortable and had the benefit of a lovely terrace overseeing the countryside.

We stayed for only one night but everything was perfect. Room was incredible, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was bad so we didn't use the pool, but it looked amazing. The view from our room was so beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic too. Hosts are very nice as well. I think we are gonna come back in a year or two and stay more than one night. I highly recommend this place!

“Perfect 10”
The most hospitable owners, room super clean and equipped with everything you might need (and bed was super comfy). Grazia&Marco were so welcoming, that we instantly felt like home! Marco had great advice on where to go, what to see and where to eat. Not to forget, breakfast was homemade and delicious! Will be coming back for sure!

We had a wonderful time, thanks to Marco & Grazia. Marco is a very nice and friendly host, the room was pretty & clean and the view from our terrace was amazing. Also the homemade breakfast was really good (bread, marmelade, brioches, …).

“Perfect ten”
BB La Fenice is place to be. Very nice and talkative host, a lot of space in the room with mosquito nets, big terrace and a pool. Breakfast is rich and variable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

“Great Hotel and great hosts”
The house is located in the hills between rimini and urbino. So there is a lot to discover nearby. The hotel is beautiful, with very clean rooms and a small pool and a nice garden and terrace. The hosts are very friendly and also very helpful regarding recommendations for the area (restaurants, activities etc) Also the breakfast was great! Highlight recomendable
