Very welcoming host. Great lounge and kitchen facilities. Convenient place to stay on the first night in Jamaica after a long flight and collecting a hire car. I decided to stay here on my last night too.

Amazing place to stay in Montego Bay Iron shore near the airport 7 minute by car and 45 minute walking very safe and clean pool available kitchen shower are very clean shop restaurant gas station atm pizzeria are close… the owner Antonio and he’s son Nathaniel and Troy are very friendly the place to stay in MONTEGO BAY they can help you with any issues just ask the owner I will back again

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and work really hard to make the guests happy. The place was very clean and the food cooked for me was plentiful and really delicious. The pool is a lovely area to sit by and cool off in, and there's fridge and microwave in the lodge (dormitory) if you want to keep your own food there or heat it up.

Location is awesome if you want quiet, pool, great pool view, food & beer for purchase, laid-back staff, parking. Host provides transportation services if you choose to use it. Location and staff were superb for time away from downtown & busy areas yet close enough. All inclusive resorts nearby for daily resort prices.

The house itself is nice and located in a safe neighborhood. I booked a dorm bed but the owner let me sleep in a private bedroom which was nice.

Staff gossiping about me and other guests business and about me having mental illness who pays for my booking and didn't offense anyone on the property

You get way more than you expect. Nice pool, good people, tremendous view and everything is very clean.

Wake up in the morning only to see mess in the toilet.that was used by another guest.and I taught it was done because of the stigma sourended me about mental health.the staff member was very indesepling.only love your money.many occasion I saw the staff member laughing patting there head.making Sig. unprofessional service.mixup love conversation and discussion about guest.business. price is kinda good concerning the location but it thinks something needs to be done.so I do something when I saw the yard boy stood at the gate making Sig for no taxi 🚕 to carry me.i taught.they where scammer.guess be very careful on where you staying

“The pool was the standout factor for me!”

I loved the pool, and the stunning hillside views from the garden in the hammock. Irinshore is easily accessible to Whitter village and all of its amenities. A great location away from the main hustle and bustle of the centre of town. Antonio was warm welcoming and had a lot of experience. He was relatable and we found out that both had connections to Birmingham and London. He was always on hand to help and made our stay along with his housekeeper (Who's name I have sadly forgotten) extremely pleasant - we were sp grateful to have such fantastic hosts!

The staff at the property were exceptionally welcoming. They made me feel immediately at ease. Warm, kind and friendly. The view was beautiful. Great vibes.

It was just okay for that ambience they can do much better ...much more can be offered as there is no competition where its located it only one in the area... For that locations and amenities it has the potential to be the star of that zone. Too little is been offered for the price .a bed and shower we can find any where . There needs to be something that makes guest want to come back and it should not be at any extra cost to the guess .. For example the pick service could be free for guess from airport etc. That would be a bonus sometimes we travelling on budget and it would be nice if little things like that are include as a bonus for example.. There is so much more little things that make guess experience memorable . Where we can with out a doubt recommend you with out second thought So you need to invest just a bit ..,give away something free .. And would not believe this can boost and or double what have invested An other good example is give free coffee or tea in morning or a water so not everyday but the first morning after arrival for example It only way I can say yes they wowed me so I don't mind spending the extras there ,then I will send my friends and even leave a great tip.a first time customers spend cautiously and I they pay too much attention to that ..and that can be a big turn off .. I.know it was for me. An point is the lodge room is a bit dark and feel a bit clustered for that price I been to some real.nice hostels with nice spacing and lay out much cheaper.. So or maybe a bright colour in room could ..am.no.expert on space but it feel.very clustered and small and I guess that y it also feels dark when the lights are off Great Dining area Living room lovely would be nicer if the television work as they are on display. Bar area is lovely Get a bar man once a week and have a mini.pool party with real mix drinks and soft music as know for that location the music would need to.be moderate.! And great swimming pool.

It is such a relaxing place. Only good vibes at Peaceful Palms. It’s a big property and a good way to get in touch with locals and other travelers! Whenever you need something you can just ask anthony and the staff and they’ll help you.
