“Challenging but good.”
The hosts are very kind and genuinely helpful. In particular, the cook, Jamaal, deserves special mention. He is simply excellent. He is caring, accommodating, and consistently attentive to guests’ needs. He regularly checked in with us, reminded us about breakfast and dinner, and helped us arrange transportation even at very late hours, including after 1 a.m. on New Year’s Eve. His support made a meaningful difference to our stay.

“A bad evening saved.”
Our flight was cancelled and the airline could not find us a room. We booked Takuma and arrived late. The kitchen was closed so the manager went out and got us food. He opened the bar for us as well.He went out of his way to make our one night stay comfortable. It was Jamaica at its best.
