“Leaving the property upset because we were locked out of our rooms before check out time.”
I enjoyed the property and the warm welcome we received initially. We even got an upgrade. But this warm welcome soon faded.

“Would have love more time”
I didn't have much choice in where to stay although the price of this hotel was well out of my budget it was amazing. I have never slept in a bed that was so comfortable. The range of food and number of restaurants was plenty I wish I had more time there to explore everything. St James is one of those resorts that you doing have to leave ever.

Secrets St James has incredibly friendly staff. Always greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile everyday. The restaurants / food was incredible too. The Caribbean restaurant was authentic and very tasty,

breakfast was great lunch was good dinner were not so good also our room was not cleaned everyday and we didnt get new towels they took our towels and we only had one towel to use for both of us the day before we ws leaving.

Our stay at Secrets ways great! The only con we had of the whole trip was check in took almost 2 hours. I blame this more to irate and rude guests being impatient and cutting line more than the staff. I approached a nice man named J'amaal who informed a kind young lady named Tiffany and she sorted us out quickly thereafter. The rest of the trip was amazing! The restaurant and bar staff were all great! Philip, Andre, O'Brian, Alvin, and Everett took the time to establish great relationships with us and always made us feel welcome. The musicians and entertainment were also amazing and TJ and Sky were very helpful for letting us know of upcoming events and getting us involved throughout our visit.

“Great Stay and would definitely go back”
Staff were very friendly and always went over above to accommodate needs. Resort was beautiful and very well kept. Location was perfect as it was close to activities and local restaurants. Hotel always very helpful providing transport to each Complimentary champagne breakfast was added which was a lovely touch
