I've maid a reservation trough Booking having no information about the fact that check-in time was from 15:00 to 17:00. When arrived to the property at about 22:00 I was said that the owner didn't know about the reservation, the staff was out. And we were advised to find some other hotel nearby. So we were outside the guesthouse with a 3-year-old baby waiting for half an hour...and just received a formal answer "the staff is out, we can't help" I asked at least to cancel the reservation with no fee, so it was not my fault (while making the reservation I didn't know the check in was till 17 pm!) Two days later it's still active. That means I didn't get the service, I didn't receive any help, just formalism and I have to pay extra...

“Mixed feelings”
The pool, bar and beach. The main staff in the bar who check us in were welcoming and accommodated to our needs as best as they could. The apartments had washer/dryers which came in very handy. The beds were comfortable. And one of the apartments had everything we needed for self-catering and bathing.

“Great staff, great views, great location, good food and most importantly great price!”
We liked the serenity of the location and being able to prepare our own meals, which was awesome. The view of the ocean in a time of chaos brought us peace and calm when we needed it. The location was great as it was in reach (driving our own vehicle) of Falmouth, Mobay and Hanover.
