“The worst place to be in a hurricane”
The fact that we were 3 minutes from the airport. Only the food in the restaurants were good and nothing they brought up to us was edible as it was all cold. Some of the staff were extremely nice to us in somewhat extremely disrespectful.

We came in from Canada arrive at the hotel after 4in the evening and we didn't get a room until after 6 that's evening and the room was next to the roadside there was no hot water and the room was not up to standard

I arrive from Canada to the property and the first experience was bad whiles checking at the front desk the supervisor to the person to stop my check and check i some other guess very very poor and disrespectful customer service

I came in all the way from Canada I checked in with my Canadian passport but because I'm black the treatment was different from how I see the whites and light-skin people getting better customers service half way through my check in the supervisor to the young lady to stop checking me in and to check in some other guests i would never recommend this hotel
