Customer service was poor, and there was no correspondence from them after they guaranteed that we'd get a refund after they lost running water and didn't have water stored. Still no refund after more than a week of no contact.

The Area was quiet and peaceful. The Apt was fairly comfortable. Pity there isn't an AC Unit in the living & dining area also.

We stayed here in Montego Bay as a base to do a few day trips from as thought it would be a waste paying all inclusive when away all day. View was amazing and very peaceful.

We arrived the day Hurricane Beryl hit the island, due to this the power and water went off for the duration of our stay, due to this we couldn’t experience the benefits of the property and location although it looked like it would have been amazing.

The room was great. The staff is great. Comfortable for the most part. The time was hot due the weather so I wanted to spend time in the living room but just one fan wasn't sufficient and the a/c ofcourse in that area is out.
