“Amazing couldn’t have been a better stay”

Stayed during hurricane melissa. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Full buffet, entertainment and hospitality everyday. Other hotels at the same time where doing minimal service. You pay for what you get. I would 100 chooses a hyatt over another brand. The staff where amazing and food was the beat all inclusive I have had.

Normally we stay at the RIU but wanted a change. Staying at the Hyatt was more personal and less noisy, the offer a buggy ride round the resort was great especially for my mom who is 87 and cannot walk to far. The food was also freshly cooked, but could have done with more choice. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The flexibility to walk over to the Hyatt Zilara the Adult Only sister hotel was good, the night entertainment and other restaurants were good.

Knowing the Hyatt quality worldwide, this was not up to scratch. And the clientele was two notches down what you can expect from this category of hotel.

“Exceeded expectations, amazing place for total relaxation!”

Amazing offering of food, with multiple different restaurants! Great pools, bars & cafes & loved how there was separation between family & adult section but could go between them both if 18+. Staff super friendly, tidy & clean rooms, all the facilities were always spotless!

“Spoil yourself for relaxing”

The highlight here is the staff, you are spoilt, looked after & nothing is a problem. Big call out to DeZeen & Oren. Food is fresh, plentiful & delicious variety, def recommend French restaurant. Stunning pools, relaxing beach area. Spacious room, comfy beds, clean w air con & verandah. Fun activities & daily yoga classes in mornings. All inclusive 🙌

Everything , the swimming pools, the beach the whole hotel compound is just immaculately clean . The food tasted so nice , I just wanted to eat everything my eyes see . It was delicious. Entertainment every night was on point

“Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting, an idyllic Jamaica escape!”

Breakfast: Plenty of selection of foods, fruit and juices to suit every palate. Jamaica Rootz: great hospitality and delicious Island flavours The Jerk hut on the beach provided lots of choice, delicious jerk chicken/pork, patties, festival and rice and peas. Loved it. I was unwell during my stay and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, called the nurse who checked and monitored my vitals and ensured I was feeling better before returning me to my room. Natalia, the manager also attended to my needs and followed up the next day to make sure I was fine. A lovely get well soon card and a delectable bowl of fresh fruit was a lovely and touching surprise from the Natalia and the Ziva family. Thank you!

The resort is in a good location- food is good and many restaurants with different kind of taste.

Service was excellent. I would like mention amazing staff especially Kaydeon from Jamaica restaurant and also Norda from Asian restaurant.

I loved the staff. They were generally helpful and pleasant and the place was clean and quite beautiful. I enjoyed the food and the French restaurant, the music there was nothing short of amazing. I was quite relaxed while I was there and I would definitely go back with my family.
