-the staff went over and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay was had. Honourable mention to Carl on concierge and Sharon at Zen Spa. -the grounds and room were well kept. Very clean and stunning! -plenty of on-site amenities and room facilities -choice of pools

Swimming pool and beach is good

“The hotel pretty basic, I expected more.”

The best food ever, morning, noon and night the food was amazing. I had a medical emergency and they were very helpful. The room and the beach was nice.

I liked outdoors, nice swimming pool for a few rooms. Lovely beach area by the sea. Jamaican food is good and French restaurant, lovely cocktails, coffee shop with absolutely delicious cakes.

“Would definitely not recommend!”

Don’t normally write reviews, but feel compelled to about this place. Rooms are mouldy. Food is terrible and dripping in oil to try and cover up the lack of flavour - one night I even got served lamb shops that the chef had forgotten to cook, which led to food poisoning. Most staff, with the notable exception of fernado at the front desk who was fantastic, are rude and suggests poor work environment. Real shame overall.

Gym is great Sports activities at the beach are good when running. Although it finishes at 4. Would be better to run longer. Food at the buffet mostly good and some of the restaurants. The Asian was quite good.

Staff were helpful, polite, friendly and professional Loved the Restaurants especially tbe Italian. Lovely decor. Very comfortable bedroom.any little seating nooks Good NYE show Appreciated the shuttle.

The beach wasn't the best, rocky.

The breakfast fare was for us either at the big buffet choices or urban heat. Both were very good but we preferred urban heat since it gave us a bit of both the ability to order off a menu and a small buffet selection. The menu prepared food was very good.

“Expensive , poor presentation of facilities”

Food was not to my taste . uncooked meats - Astralian Lamb - chicken , Raw flour pizza .

I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of restaurants available, particularly for dinner. The hotel room was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort during my stay. The entertainment provided was excellent, adding a delightful touch, especially during breakfast and dinner.
