The apartment is super clean, all devices are working, comfortable sofa and a bed. The kitchen is well-equipped and there was nothing we felt lack of. Insider instructions from the host were very useful and we visited few of them. Other will do for sure next time. The apartment and the place both made for calm, relaxing, pleasant, quality rest and vacation, in addition to stunning views. Will book it more.

“Amazing location, nice apartment, great host.”
This place is amazing. The apartment is well equipped and the whole property is beautiful. Volterra is very close and the beach is a 30 minute drive in the other direction. Pisa is one hour away, San Gimignano is even closer. The host keeps checking if everything is OK, he has many tips for the area, which is very helpful. I would recommend this apartment 100%.

“Lovely stay at a beautiful location”
Lovely apartment on a beautiful location. The owners made sure that all was taken care of and kept in touch before, during and after the trip over WhatsApp. Close to Volterra and with many dining options in the nearby residential towns. You will need a car. AC in all rooms kept the apartment nice and cool during the Tuscany heatwave.

The apartment was very well equipped, the owners left a variety of welcome items (wine, beer, chocolates, pasta, etc.) that were greatly appreciated & enjoyed, as well as great tips for the area. The owners were always available & extremely helpful.
