Everything was perfect.

Maria is a perfect host. We came without a car (which proved difficult with children) and she took us back down the mountain so we could take a train to pisa and lucca and get a car. An absolutely amazing property, we will be back one day!

Very beautiful place. Great view. There was everything what you need in the apartament. Soap, shampoo, several towels per person, basic food products.

Both the studio and pool was very nice. The location in the mountain was beautiful. The host was excellent. She was very welcoming and caring.

“Perfect break in Tuscany with kids”

The host was very welcoming and accommodating, she waited for us to check in after midnight and left food for us to cook, this was super helpful. The view is amazing and helps disconnect. Swimming pool is perfect for kids, we couldn’t get them out. Parked our car safely inside the villa. You can relax there or go somewhere in the beautiful northern Toscany within one hour. I loved all the plants in the villa especially the big tree at the entrance with lots of birds singing all day.

This place and the hosts are amazing - there is literally nothing to add to this place. 1) Location - at the top of the hill, amazing view, no houses around - only great restaurant which one does not notice when on the property. Of course, you need a car. Place is filled with flowers, plants, beautiful trees, everything so well maintained; there is olive garden below the terrace, 2 swings for the kids... - whoever designed the environment and property thought of every detail. Super safe. 2) Swimming pool - perfectly clean, with heated water, large, multiple levels, with deck chairs and shower. 3) Hosts: thinking about everything; we came 2h later than expected, at 10pm - Maria did not make problem about it; provided toys for the kid; offered to use laundry room that has all the equipment; offered to book a restaurant to us; brought cake one day; advised what to visit, where to park etc.; welcomed us with the fridge full of water, fruits, eggs, zucchini, dried salami, milk; and table with spaghetti, tomato sauce, cookies, croissants, bread and God knows what else. 4) Kitchen has literally everything one needs, 5) There is enough towels, linen and everything related; iron, iron board, drying rack available 6) Bathroom - 2 hair dryers shampoo, shower gel la, la, la. 7) Great air conditioning; Furniture is not the most modern, but everything is super clean and in good shape; super comfortable mattress, mosquito nets on doors and windows, awning. 8) Value for money is great. To summarize, the place is amazing. And Maria spoiled us - thank you for being an amazing host:)

What a beautiful place and such beautiful people. The owners where great and the location was mind blowing. To top it off there was an quality restaurant right behind the villa. Just perfect for a peaceful getaway

“An Italian holiday”

The Villa is located on a hill, and the view is spectacular. The train station is a 15 min so there is no need for a massive use of a car. A free parking space is nearby. The owners are lovely and take good care of their guests. There was a bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us on arrival, and coffee and ice cream were offered immediately. On the morning of the departure were were served breakfast and given some fresh pastries for the road. I would stay here again and I definitely recommend Villa l'Uliveta.
