Staff were incredibly friendly, went above and beyond. They upgraded my room which was a nice surprise. Short few minutes walk from local restaurants and shops. Really beautiful town.

Very friendly staff (they work very hard!), excellent food (the restaurant food was the best food we have eaten during our trip). Montecatini is the ideal location to visit other cities like Firenze, Siena, Lucca, and more. This hotel is a great option in Montecatini Therme with excellent value for money.

The Resturant, the meat of the lobster was very tiny end the price was big.

Dinner service by staff Nadisha was exceptionally excellent, and very polite always smiling and great knowledge of the menu. Chefs food well presented and tasty and great wines. Nice hotel building and the reception staff were very polite.

Everything. Maybe just a small thing, especially if you go in the summer, which was not my case, the schedule of the pool is just from 11 to 19. Very nice location, 5 min from the city centre, parking on the street in the front of the hotel. In Sept the parking was only 6 euros per 2 day. We need to find your own parking spot in front in the space with the blue line only. Is plenty of them around the hotel. Marianna is the best personal ever. She give us a upgrade of the room without us asking, she speaks a lot of languages, english, german, italian, russian, ucranian. She is there to help you with everything you need or desire.

Rooftop has amazing nearly 360-degree views and a pool and bar. In intense heat of August, there were no shady/sheltered spots to sit and have a drink however. We were ungraded to a suite with a separate sitting room that had a large bathtub (presumably for entertaining friends!). Decor very retro 80's silver and white. Great in-house spa facilities that our room class gave us unlimited access to. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.

This hotel is truly luxury. The staff are amazing and could not be more helpful. We were even given chilled water for our onward journey. The location and roof top pool was perfect. Breakfast was very good too with a vast selection to choose from.

We love this hotel. Very clean and pleasant. The staff is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Reseption ladies, breakfast personal- all making our stay very comfortable and welcomed. Thats why we have been coming there for 10 years.
