“Value for money but not 4 star grest loxstion needs to upgrade to be 4 star again”
Great location , in the heart of the town. Not quite as ‘ grand’ these days needs some upgrading Rooms ok roof terrace would gave been useful but it was raining . It was not expensive do value for money but not 4 star Helpful staff

“Lovely comfortable stay in a proper old-fashioned hotel!”
This is a lovely hotel in a very central area of the town. It has an element of faded grandeur about it but the staff were delightful, the room was absolutely fine and even had a lovely little outdoor terrace, and the hotel has all the facilities you need. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.

“Grand experience indeed”
It partially felt like going back in time to "grand hotels" I only saw in movies. Rooms are grand with traditional rotary telephone, staircase is grand with all the marbles and sculptures, lobby is grand with a pianist in the evenings and with wooden key rack behind receptionist... An experience on its own. Special shout-out to a lovely lady managing the pool - very attentive and helpful. Thank you for making our days special.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel in the very center of the city. And under our windows there was a concert with a symphony orchestra. It was wonderful! I haven’t been to the spa, so I can’t leave a review. We recommend this hotel

“Would definitely return and exploring the area more.”
The hotel is perfectly placed for visiting Lucca & Florence. Montecatini is a beautiful town with lots of great restaurants. The hotel staff were very attentive, especially Eleanor at the pool who looked after us very well, going over and above with her service. We would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location to shopping and restaurants Breakfast there were a few options but sufficient. Rooms were spotless, clean and well maintained. Staff were also fabulous.

“Great town and quaint hotel”
Beautiful room overlooking the square with a water fountain. Lovely to wake up too. Family room and we all had enough space. Easy to park in Blue spaces, you get a ticket from reception. Pool was open even though it said it wasn't and the town is so lovely!
