This booking was cancelled as the owner could not change their check in times and wanted to charge both 10% more and also wanted a cash payment on arrival. It was very clear dialogue straight after the booking. My card has since been charged despite knowing i did not stay at the apartment. I have spent three weeks emailing and calling but they avoid all correspondence. DO NOT STAY THERE as you will be asked to pay cash on arrival. Adam Lee

We had a wonderful stay in a comfortable room hosted by truly lovely people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, and David took the time to explain everything clearly. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute stroll to the city centre and about 10 minutes to the famous casino. Parking was easy too; we left our car at Parking Saint Laurent, only a 5-minute walk away, for €25 per day. Everything was perfect, and we would happily come back again!

The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing. In 5 minutes we were able to walk to the casino and within 20 minutes we were at Larvotto beach and the Princess Grace gardens. The apartment is located on a lovely, lovely street where there are numerous restaurants and bars. It is quite an up market street.

The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. The host was very attentive and responsive! We arrived to Monte Carlo early in the morning and the host kindly let us check in earlier so we weren't out in the heat. Overall a very comfortable stay at an affordable price in Monte Carlo.

“Cockroaches, no functioning air conditioning, double charged for one night's stay, SCAM”
Nothing. Booking this accommodation was a huge mistake. Buyer beware. A/c doesn't work, the property has cockroaches, they demanded cash up front, then charged my card later. I believe the positive reviews here are fake.

“Lovely apartment on a quiet road”
The hosts were absolutely exceptional. The location was maybe a bit further out but that was not us realising how spread out Monaco is and is not a reflection of the property.

“Fabulous apartment in the heart of Monaco!”
Great location! Beautiful street, lovely shops. Close to the beach - via a public lift and a short walk to Casino square. The apartment is very spacious and the air conditioning very good. It was needed as the weather was so hot during our stay. We were welcomed on arrival by a very friendly and accommodating host - Cecilia 😊

Manager was super nice and helpful. The apartment is in good condition and well furnished. A few minutes of walking to go everywhere, make sure you are in shape, can be very steep.
