The fine printThis fully renovated 50m² accommodation located in a quiet area of Montchanin will welcome you during your stay with family, friends or colleagues with all the necessary comfort. The fully air-conditioned house consists of a living room with TV and 140x190 convertible sofa and two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, which can accommodate up to 6 people. You can park your car in the closed courtyard of the house and recharge your electric car. You can enjoy a fully equipped and functional kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the utensils necessary for the realization of your meals. Numerous storage cupboards, a washing machine and a drying rack are at your disposal. WIFI is available free of charge. 5 mins walk from a supermarket and 10 mins from the greenway along the canal du centre. By car, 5 min from the TGV station, 10 min from the town of Le Creusot and Montceau Les Mines and 20 min from the A6 motorway. Sheets and towels are not included in the price. If you wish, we can make them available to you for an additional €10 for 1 bed, €20 for 2 beds or €25 for the whole accommodation.
