“Property with amazing view and very welcoming host”

Beautiful property on top of hill with amazing views. To get there you need to get up short, but steep road, instructions were sent beforehand making sure that you get there. I really enjoyed host- never less that we don’t speak same language, translator was used to make sure that I get all necessary information, including sights around and visible from property, restaurant information and how to get there. Breakfast was good for Italian standards and we had nice conversation during it as I was only guest staying. Property is quite large and has some horses. Will come back if in Sicily again

“High on a hill overlooking the azure sea”

We love Sicily and are currently touring the island, meeting old friends and making new ones! The stop here was on our way back east to Etna. It was not quite as we (or I) had anticipated. The property is quite distant from the lovely beaches and it is probably advisable to drive there - similarly the nearest shops are 4km in Montallegro. That aside, this is a LOVELY place to stay!! It is spotlessly clean. Our room was very well appointed. AND it is perfectly quiet. The only noise was the swallows (and the cockerel in the morning!!) The views are simply MAGNIFICENT. We had a BBQ one night. This was totally memorable. Many thanks to all!

This is a complex of five rooms, each ensuite and with its own semi-private outdoor space outside the door. All guests share further outdoor spaces with seats, a barbecue and a kitchen. Breakfast is great with bread, homemade cake, meats, cheese, homemade marmalade, yoghurt, eggs etc. Our room was super clean and comfortable. We walked to the nearest beach (30 minutes - Bovo Marina). We also drove to Eraclea Minor and walked down to the (completely empty when we visited) beach there from the Museum/ruined town car park. We also drove to and ate in the restaurant Garibaldi. We went to the old Greek town as well but wouldn't recommend it (6€ entry). Celesta (the host) is very likeable, chatty and friendly.

The host was very friendly and we felt really welcome. Breakfast was perfect wiht everything you need. The recommendations for exploration and food were also excellent. We enjoyed our stay and the view is spectatular.

This place is really amazing – beautiful view, peaceful surroundings and clean rooms, but the best of all was the owner. She was there for us every morning preparing breakfast (home-made marmalades and eggs, freshly baked pies) and ready for a conversation. She was super kind, giving us a lot of advice regarding trips, restaurants in the neighbourhood, etc. Our children loved the place, not only because of the horse riding (which was a great experience even for complete beginners like us). Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay a lot 😊

This was the nicest location from our 2 weeks in Sicily, glad we stayed 6 days. Celeste was the perfect host, breakfast was delicious, room was very clean/cleaned every day and the location is very quite and relaxing. But the highlight of our trip was Brivido, one of Celeste’s horses, because our daughter enjoys horse-riding and Celeste and Nicole facilitated one hour almost every evening for her, at sunset. Wonderful experience that made our vacation even more beautiful. Thanks Celeste, we will come back!

Very clean and tidy, quiet neighborhood, about 2minutes by car from nearest beach, room with terrace with sun loungers, welcoming host.

The proprietress is very enthusiastic in providing nearby tourist information and patiently communicates with guests. Breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and the equipment was new.

“Beautiful view and amazing breakfast!”

We stayed at the Earth and the Sky room, both with a sea view. Both of them are nice, well-equipped and really clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom - spacious and new. We appreciated the mosquito nets at the windows since there are a lot of wasps and mosquitos around the coast. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of sweet and savoury options, including some homemade pastries like pancakes and crostata alla marmellata. Celeste is doing a great job with the whole property, taking care of everything and giving useful tips. For us, it was a comfortable and beautiful stay at her B&B!
