One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Greeted on arrival with sparkling wine, shown to a room with a complimentary upgrade, another bottle of wine waiting for us in the room, as well as beautiful biscotti, and all the very day the pool had opened for the season. Beautiful food, divine wine, warm and welcoming staff.

Location, fantastc view and area. La Sala restaurant was fantastic especially the sommerlier, waiter from Portugal. The wine tour also great. Everyone was very nice and service oriented.

Room was spacious, clean and well-equiped. Location is good although the hotel is actually next to the castle and not on top of the hill.

Perfect location. Very nice old building. The one thing that could be better is the view from the terraces. For instance the breakfast area has a terrace with a 100 cm high wall around it. Tis blocks the view which is really a shame because the view is very nice. Also there are not a lot of common areas to sit. The lounge of the hotel is only 4 by 6 meter and has new windows with a view

Incredible food at both restaurants, very helpful staff, beautiful room overlooking rose garden. Superb views. Very special place indeed. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again tomorrow! La sala do Grappoli was outstanding. Couldn’t ask for better setting or food!

Perfect location, amazing staff—literally nothing to improve! I personally think it is not ideal for a stay with kids (unless your kids enjoy beautiful views, wine, food, and a quiet location). However, for a couple looking to escape the noisy world, nothing can be better than Banfi!

Location and the ambiance of the hotel was perfect. we stayed in the suit and the view of the window was like the photo of tuscany. If you are one of Brunello fan like me Wine Shop is alsa amazing. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was ok. You could also choose anything like omlette from buffer breakfast selection.
