“Wonderful experience of stay”

This place actually looks even better than what it was like in the social media’ post, which is out of our expectations. Beautiful and tranquil, easy to travel for exploring main tourist points/super markets, and the indoor/outdoor facilities are all good to use. The views around the day are spectacular, and you may fully enjoy the luxurious sunshine of Tuscany in the lovely private garden. Carmela is just so warm and welcoming! The guest app is very user friendly. She waited us until late to introduce the house and fun things to do locally. She brought us pastry and coffee, as well as other things we needed. Even with language barrier, we may communicate by google translation. You would feel so touched and impressed by her enthusiasm for taking care of the place and her guests. The best host you may ever have!

The place is absolutely amazing. It is quiet and calming. It has a very beautiful yard and a view of a large area of the field. The landlord is also very friendly and talkative. I really enjoyed the staying there.

Extremely beautiful views and comfortable rooms, had everything we needed for a family stay. Carmela was also a warm host, and went to the extra effort to make sure we were comfortable, including bringing a baby chair for us.

Carmela was so friendly and helpful. We got lost getting to the property and she came to meet us and escorted us to the apartment. She then showed us around the apartment and gave us some information on things to do. She even bought us biscuits for our arrival. The apartment was well stocked and clean. It felt like being at home with a wonderful view. On our last day Carmela bought us cakes and coffee for breakfast. We would highly recommend this property. Grazie Carmela

The apartment is spacious and well equipped for a comfortable and authentic stay in Tuscany. The location is beautiful, and the garden is a serene spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The host Carmela was charming and welcoming and keen to ensure we had all we needed for our stay.

What can we say but Bellissima and indimenticabile. This has been a dream for us to come to Tuscany and experience all it offers. We have certainly managed to do that with guidance from our beautiful host Carmela. She are beautiful inside and out. Nothing is any trouble and she was available to assist where possible. She has given us so many true authentic Italian experiences and beautiful places to visit. It’s an ideal house and location to explore the region and hopefully we will be back one day to share a wine or meal again with Carmela.

Carmela was waiting for us and actually waited longer as we were running a bit late. She helped us quickly understand all the house rules, tips and tricks and suggested restaurants and places to visit. She contacted us ahead of arrival to ask if we wanted any reservation for dinner on our day of arrival and she arranged that in a very typical local restaurant down the road. She also opened the windows and switched on all available fans to let us find a cooler house in a very hot Summer day. That was a great start of the holiday!

First of all, Carmella is an extremely kind and helpful host! She makes your day on the first minute! :) The property is a wonderful, super clean and comfortable house on a wonderful location with amazing view. Location wise its probably the best place to stay if you want to visit Tuscany attractions. Also the restaurants recommended by the host were all very very good which helped us a lot!

We really enjoyed the vila and the garden. The Vila is located in a beautiful peaceful rural location with amazing views. It is located in a great position to explore whole Val d’Orcia attractions and towns. The house is typical Tuscan design with stones and solid wood. Architecture fits great to the location. It is well maintained and offers great conform indoor and outdoor. Place is large and extremely clean. The host is great and very kind. As a welcome she prepared delicious home made cake and fruits waiting for us on the table. I am highly recommending the place.

“Amazing - a magical experience in the hills of Tuscany.”

A magical location for our family of 7, with a beautiful two apartments that we rented. We felt we had left the world behind. Carmela was a wonderful and gracious host, making sure our every little need was attended to, bringing a cot and a high chair for the baby, staying up late to receive us the first night. The property was great and we could not have asked for more.

A comfortable house located on a hill. Fantastic view - different colors at any time of the day (it is worth getting up at dawn, but also admiring the sunset in the evening). A great starting point: Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano and more in less than an hour. Exemplary clean, well-equipped. Places to relax around the house. Kindest and very obliging hostess.
