Breakfast is not included, but the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and drinks. The only thing I missed was a microwave. The apartment is in good condition, well heated for winter, and provided with bed linen. Everything was clean and ready to use upon arrival. Access to the apartment is straightforward, and communication with the owner was excellent. He was always available, kind, polite, and happy to answer any questions about the property. The area is very quiet and beautiful. However, the road access can be a little confusing at night, and it is easy to mistake the property in the dark, so I would recommend arriving during daylight if possible. The complex also has a swimming pool and a tennis court. In summer, I am sure it must feel like a little paradise.

The instructions were not clear on the BOOKING.COM instruction. I had to use WHATSAPP to get in touch with the locator in order to get all the actual info I needed. The description on the site is misleading as the number 41 leeds to anothe property in the same compound. I'd suggest to specify the use of Whatsapp to get in touch with the owner and specify the property number 61 in stea dof 41 as written in the description. there was non property name nor details in the BOOKING.COM file.

“Unclean Apartment and Dishonest Host”

Our stay at this apartment was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was abysmal; we found used cigarettes in the bathroom, and the sink was dirty. The bed linens hadn't been changed after the previous guests, and there were hairs all over the sheets. To make matters worse, the host attempted to charge us a €50 cleaning fee, claiming that Booking.com made a mistake in not including it in the reservation. There was no mention of such a fee during booking on website. The entire condominium complex seems to cater to careless tourists, with subpar apartments built hastily. This stay was a major disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's simply not worth the hassle. Photos and videos can provide further proof of the situation.

“Tranquillity, spectacular views, and beautiful nature - great for families with small children”

The apartment is very cosy, with plenty of room to leave your stuff around. What we absolutely loved was the tranquillity of the location. I slept like I had anesthesia 😃 Even our kids, who are poor sleepers, slept so well here! The location itself is amazing - manageable distance to all major tourist places, larger town (Castelfiorentino) about 20 minutes away and from there you may take a train to major cities and towns (Florence, Siena...). Lovely neighbours in the condominium. Stunning nature all around - plenty of room for the kids to run around and have fun, a decent swimming pool, and a good tennis court with spectacular views over the Chianti hills. WiFi, stove, TV, heating - all works well. We absolutely loved our stay there, and we plan to come back (possibly in the summertime to enjoy the pool with gorgeous views ). This property is definitely a great value for money!
