We have stayed in 60 plus properties with booking.com and this is the absolute best. A real gem of a place. It is so beautifully designed and decorated. The view was stunning. I would like to come back for a longer stay.

Absolutely phenomenal accommodation! Location, view, style. Perfection. Very comfortable beds, fireplace, air conditioning, Xbox!!! Plenty of opportunities around to spend time. We were here only briefly, but I would immediately live here. We felt absolutely exceptional here.

Everything. Probably the nicest place I've ever stayed, property and location wise. Owner was super friendly and left us to do our own thing but was also available if needed. Photos do not do this place justice, what an amazing property and had everything you can think of. Sitting on the balcony and eating the evening meal with the sunsetting was perfection. Would highly recommend this property and the host. Perfect and I would give it more than 10/10 if that was possible.

The apartment is on a great spot. It is very cozy, Ou find there anything you need. We enjoyed our stay there with our dog just great. The owner is very friendly, check-in went smoothly.

We chose the house for the amazing view towards Lons le Saunier and stylish interior and weren’t disappointed. There was plenty of room both outside and in and the kitchen was well equipped and a delight to prepare meals in. We loved the walk in shower and appreciated the laundry room and dishwasher. The log burner was a bonus as it suddenly turned very chilly when we were there. Lovely outside seating areas front and back so we could catch both morning and evening sun (when it shone!). Xavier lives upstairs and was very friendly and gave us an initial tour of the house with useful information. There are lots of leaflets and books in the kitchen which we found useful for planning walks.

Tastefully renovated property with great views of Lons-le-Saunier from the balcony. A good base for exploring Jura (not too far to Lac de Vouglans or Baume-les-Messieurs). Would happily stay there again.

I spent 4 nights in this lovely apartment with my family, on our way back home from a longer stay in the south of France. We had a great time! The place is comfortable and is decorated beautifully, Xavier either knows a great interior designer or is one himself :-). The apartment is located on the slope of a hill, giving you a gorgeous view on Lons-le-Saunier from the large balcony at the back of the apartment. Each day we made a trip (by car) to an interesting place in the area, such as: Les Planches-près-Arbois, Le Lac de Chalain, La Vallée du Hérisson, ...

Beautifully renovated home in a very quiet location with a great balcony with panoramic views over the countryside and the town of Lons le Saunier. Private off street parking is available. Xavier was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment is very nicely, generously and of high quality standards equipped with all the usual things you might need during your stay. In case of bad weather (we never had during last week August 2022) you have the choice of two huge TV-Screens in the living room and master sleeping room respectively, or a normal one in the kitchen for entertainment during your cooking. Especially, in the spacious kitchen all the normal kitchenware and much more are new and presented in a very attentive way. The newly renovated and decoratively furnished rooms come with more than sufficient space. We very much enjoyed the balcony on the back side, with an open view to the greens of the surrounding hilly gardens, entertaining goats restlessly climbing up and down the terrace walls, and the view to the city of Lons-les-saunier to the left and Jura hills with the medieval town house facades of Montaigu to the right. The landlord family living next door was discreet during our stay, as the apartment designation "L'INATTENDU" makes you expect. But, they did not forget to welcome us with a big piece of Jura Comté cheese supplied in the fridge. We liked everything. the location in the middle of the old village , the terrasse with view and the furnishings of the apartment. The breakfast was great.

“Fantastic”

The home is big with a huge open kitchen and big bedrooms. Decoration is very enjoyable. Plus the balcony (with its table and chairs) gives a fantastic view down on Lons -le-Saulnier: ideal for afternoon and evening time. There is also a huge cave that you can use. Everything was clean, modern and practical.
