Chic contemporary design with stackable glass doors that allows you to have the best indoor-outdoors combination. A totally private little retreat on the middle of Montague. Walking distance to shops. Thoughful touches like fresh floral arrangements, complimentary local Muscadel, Nespresso coffee and a fridge with milk and mineral water.

“Modern safe haven in center of town”
Very spacious and upmarket. The location is fantastic - one can walk everywhere. supermarket around the corner, good restaurants a mere 2 blocks away. Seeing that the unit is located within a kind of estate, one also feels safe. Great kitchen for self catering - on arrival there was coffee pods, sugar, spices, milk, 5 liter water, olive oil available plus complimentary Montagu Muscadel! Owners clearly thought of everything.

This is a unique property, whilst fully enclosed and private there are 3 outdoor courtyards linked with bifold doors to the lounge bedroom and large well fitted kitchen. We were welcomed by Clive, the owner, and shown round this amazing apartment. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the thoughtful goods provided by the owner. Too numerous to list were the many things provided for our use. This is almost unique in our experience and is a huge compliment to Clive. It certainly enhanced our stay. The large kitchen is excellent and fully equipped. Additional lighting provided for the load shedding.

Everything, the place is stunning, the only recommendation would be that the pool being a heated pool during the winter months as the outside pool is one of the selling points when looking at the property...
