The key pick up system is outdated. There should be electronic locks and codes sent to the customer. We had to wait in the parking lot to pick up keys after a day of skiing. On the last day we packed up to ski for the day but you have to drive the keys off site to turn them in and then drive back to the mountain to ski. The ski tickets are expensive and wasting time driving keys around eats into your ski time. Updating the key system would be so much more pleasurable.

ac did not work and staff still hasnt applied my discount for the extra hassle they promised to give us after trying to make us move places back and forth while carrying a lot of stuff.
