This hotel is situated south of of the old imperial town of Aachen and on the edge of the Medieval town of Monschau. For active people and nature lovers, the surroundings have lots to offer. Hohen Venn has many hiking trails, and the Rursee Lake area is a beautiful place to explore and enjoy the scenery. Guests can take a bike tour of the Vennradweg, 900m away from the Hotel. A bike-rental (E-Bike) is close to the Hotel. There is a bicycle garage available for free at the accommodation.

The great location if you travel by bike along Vennbahn. A quite area (but remember to have a meal with you, otherwise you have to drive some time to get a food). Friendly host.

Breakfast was very good, and the only staff who did all the job was very friendly. But the hotel itself is not what we expected.
