“Wonderfully cozy and comfortable”
We loved our stay at the Fewo. The apartment is very modern and appears to have been recently renovated. Even though it is modern, it still felt wonderfully homely and cozy with special features and decorative touches that makes it stand out from a standard apartment. The staircase and attic room are especially lovely. The apartment came with every convenience and more. Everything was simply perfect. It snowed one day making it hard to go out and explore, but we loved staying inside and watching movies. All the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space for couples and families alike. The bed was very comfortable with a medium mattress and big pillows. Outside there is a nice terrace with a view over the playing fields and the national park beyond. We would have enjoyed that had the weather been better! Getting to Monschau is pretty easy by car, just a short 5 minute drive and if you are feeling adventurous, a 40 minute walk through the national park. The apartment is very quiet, although with the windows open it is possible to hear the road which can get a little busy at peak hours.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The apartment is beautifully renovated just as shown in the photos. Everything was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the availability of a washing machine, dryer, and provided washing liquid. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the bicycles, it was nice to have them available. Thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks, biscuits, and board games made the stay even more enjoyable. Anika was incredibly friendly and always available for any questions. Highly recommend!"

Very nice modern apartment. Fully equipped. Large bedrooms. Complete kitchen. Nice outside roof balcony with bbq. And even bicycles to cycle to the old city (steep climb going back).
