“Expected more for the price”

Good location close to Monschau but self check-in on arrival lacked personal touch. Room and ensuite were clean and functional - breakfast next day was outstanding in quality, variety of food available and generosity of provision.

The hotel is located in a charming and quiet place, not so far from the old town. The staff were supper friendly and caring. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed everything. We will definitely stay here if we make another trip to this region.

Hotel DER HIRSCH is a good venue with large rooms. The issue with the heating system was solved quickly. We can recommend the hotel to couples for a romantic holiday. We will certainly come back. Near the hotel is CAFE LUIZ recommended for a simple meal in a very nice old style interiour.

We stayed in the beautifully finished apartment. It had all the facilities needed for cooking and enjoying a cozy stay in a peaceful location.

Staff were excellent, room was comfortable large and spotless, car parking was free and ample

Wonderful hotel in a quaint quiet village, c Close to church, shop, bakery and tourist information. Breakfast was super. We always use an online booking site and was very lucky to get a great deal on the family room so we had a sofa as well as chairs so it was like stopping in a suite.
