“Our third time at hotel Utopia”
Good and calm location. Good location if you go to Pairi Daiza. You don't feel close to the city, since the hotel is surrounded by a small forrest. Parking available in front of the hotel. Comfortable beds. Large bath. Very friendly personnel and service from the front desk and the restaurant. Good restaurant, thiugh the portions are a bit big.

Reception staff are excellent - always courteous and efficient and always willing to help even though it's obvious they are continuously under pressure due to the hotel being understaffed. Location was good for me. Quiet and out of the way in a forest style location but with easy driving access to work, shops and restaurants through quiet enough neighbourhoods. Center of city and major shopping mall about 10 to 15 mins drive away. The food in the restaurant is good. The surrounds of the hotel hold huge potential but require work.

We got a free upgrade from hotel room to outdoor cabin. Very nice. Thank you ... Nice big Showerhead. Great view into the woods from large window. Good restaurant.
