Bizzare review as it relates to the management company looking after the property We arrived at Le Pelerin and there was a technical issue with the property. Bear in mind it was 7.00 pm. I messaged the management company and within two minutes they offered alternative accommodation which was superb MG at home were superb and special mention to Gwenolien

The apartment is very close to the city centre, means of transportation, restaurants and shops. It is located in a very quiet area of the town. It was very clean and comfortable stay, mostly suitable for a short stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in Mons. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was not disturbing and everything was well thought out. The interior was nicely decorated with great attention to detail, which made the room feel cozy and welcoming. The bathroom and shower area were clean, tidy, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the location — it was very easy to walk into the city center from here. During our stay, there was a Christmas market in town, which added a nice and cozy atmosphere to our visit. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back again in the future.

The host is very enthusiastic and the communication on WhatsApp is very smooth. The facilities are very new and well functioning, and the decoration is also very good. The city center of Mons is not large, and here you can walk to anywhere you want in 15 minutes. It only takes about 30 minutes to walk to the UCLouvain main campus.

Very well equipped and comfortable small apartment. Excellent location, just 5 min from the Grand Place. A lot of parking places around. The only problem - the apartment is situated on the first floor and one has to use a very narrow spiral staircase to get there. That might be a problem for elderly and disabled people.

I arrived in Mons with a delay of 3 hours, somewhere around midnight and the host helped me with information to reach the location safely by taxi. I also forgot my phone charger at home and in a few hours he brought me one. He cares about the safety of his clients and offers all his support in finding personal solutions, even if he is not obligated to do so. He empathizes with customers. I highly recommend.
