The facility is welcoming, clean, and well-organized. Among the positives, I'd definitely highlight the free coffee machine, which works 24/7: a truly appreciated convenience, with coffee that's even better than some coffee shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a promotion: for each day you skipped room cleaning, you received a €5 voucher to use at the bar

“Keep your expectations low regarding the facilities.”
The hotel is literally next to the train station. If you are travelling with train you don't need any other transportation to reach the hotel. It is 100 m. away from the stairs of the train station. It was a quite, peaceful stay. There was no disturbing noise.

“very pleasant stay.”
The girl with the glasses that was working on the reception was extraordinary. Also, the chief of the kitchen was pleasant and eager to fulfill all our requests. The free coffee also is excellent.

Perfect location in front of the station of Mons (we went to Dour festival), very friendly staff, really nice, quite large (compared to other hotels for this price) and clean room (renovated) with very good and large bed. Renovated and clean bathroom with walk-in shower. Really value for money with option to park your car at the private parking of the hotel for 15€ per night.

“Blocked sink, no water at all .😞😞😞😞”
It was a smooth ride, the second time, but there were issues though. I had no 💦 water in the room when I arrived...couldn't shower or wash my hand or brush my teeth. Couldn't flush toilet as well. Personally I think water should have been provided, which wasn't. They said it will be back by 4pm but I waited all day and night. Following morning there was grit from tap and sink was blocked. And lacked, No heating. Heating extractor fan kept switching off.
