The Hotel was everything we wanted it to be. We needed somewhere that ticked all the boxes - the room, the staff, the food and facilities - we were not disappointed. So much so we are planning a return but for a long weekend. Every staff member we encountered was Tip Top - excellent.

This was a really nice find. It's a boutique hotel, clean, warm (in december). Everything was great, food was terrific, it was silence (even if the hotel was full). They have really good wine. Breakfast was all local and plentiful. They sure cook with a lot of truffles. Sun comes in the morning over the valley and during breakfast, through the large windows, it was quite the scene. Overall a VERY good experience, and i'm not saying this lighlty. We ended up leaving with some local bottles of wine (they sell the wine they produce as well, not only for the restaurant). What i appreciated most was the reception and the staff (!!), they took a lot of time and patience with us, given some of our special requests. Top marks, will come again.

Stayed midweek, our plan was to stopover for just the evening as we road tripped through wine country from the North of Spain. Definitely regretted not booking more than a night- the staff were lovely, and arranged for a horse ride at short notice. Beautiful facilities and room, in an incredible tranquil area of Spain. Would stay again longer in a heartbeat.

the breakfast was OK, could have been more impressive. but the cooked menu was good. the views were amazing. the spa was fantastic for us a couple. the general space and architecture was really spot on. nice details, and nice furniture. (aside the light shades in the dining area) the evening meals were very tasty.

“Very nice hotel but somewhat short of 5 star in our experience”

The location was superb. The Spa was excellent.

What’s an amazing find - we were travelling in December so it was very quiet but it really is an amazing location. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway the gentleman on reception was very helpful and the food we had for supper the one night we stayed was a very good quality in particular the spa ladies were very helpful in fitting in last minute a massage after a long drive.
