“Loved staying there and lovely helpful staff”
a great location. comfortable bed, good space and a lovely roof top patio area to relax in. so good to have an elevator as we are older and would have found stairs hard. we loved the little balcony at our room. Very helpful staff

Amazing breakfast with 5 items of beverages and food in a nearby cafe that was included in the room price. Big plus! The owner was very friendly and helpful, waited us for the check-in and even helped us find a free parking spot in front of the building. Also very flexible with the check-in time. Appreciate small touches like complimentary bottles of water every day during our stay. The room was very spacious.

“Perfect stay in Monopolii”
Place is airy and comfortable. Tiziana (host) was great and very attentive to make sure everything was right for us. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Couple of minutes walk to the old town and 10-15 mins walk to the train station. We had previously stayed in the old town and the "rustic" apartments are not worth the money. Excellent in all ways. Rooftop was ideal. Modern and comfortable decor and catches the sun throughout the day with shade if needed.

Lovely spacious property very centrally located very easy access to deal with and parking was ideal as I got right outside the front door with 100%. Recommend anyone to use this property.

Great and clean accommodation a few minutes walk from the old town, the train station and the local small beaches. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the bar across the street, which is freshly prepared. I can only recommend it

Fantasic place, great location, close to the city centre, 15/20min to the beach. Great service, rooms were cleaned daily with supplies stocked up regularly. Nice and clean jacuzzi 🙂

“Great modern find, shame the jacuzzi didn't work”
The room had a modern feel and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the terrace at the top with a view of Monopoli's cathedral. The room is also well located, near the historic centre.
