Marianna, Ignacio and Francesco were beyond friendly, helpful and made us feel like family. We ate breakfast in their dining/living room and chatted with them while we ate. The breakfasts were feasts of local bread, cheeses, produce and meats, including Marianna's own baked goods. The whole family has an extensive knowledge of the town and the region. Francesco's English is excellent; all were patient with our bumbling attempts at Italian. Our room had a lovely balcony with a settee, table, and laundry rack. Loved sitting there and watching activities in the quiet square. We highly recommend Monopoli as a base to see Puglia; returning to Rizzi Mariannna B&B each day was like returning home. We will go back for a longer stay.

Support provide before journey has started. Offered free shuttle from train. Introduced area with personal recommendations. For near beach offered sunshade umbrella and more... fully recommended.

Super friendly and helpful family that runs this B&B, we really felt at home and got great recommendations for places to eat nearby. Rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, like a hair dryer, towels and refreshments in the day we arrived. Always able to find parking right outside, which is very convenient. Very good breakfast, every day slightly different.

If you want to feel at home in Monopoli, this apartment is perfect. The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, the breakfasts are homemade and super delicious. Maybe the double room isn't very big, but it is clean, new and it comes with a spacious terrace. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city center.

Highly recommended stay in Monopoli. Everything was outstanding: breakfast, service, facilities and the hosts. We were helped with a late check-in which was very appreciated; another advantage of the place is the parking in front of the building and the fact everything is at walkable distance from the location. Grateful to Francesco and to his family and would come back anytime to this property.
