Everything clean tidy lovely balcony downstairs beautiful terrace upstairs. Amazing location 5 to 8 minutes to old town. Katia amazing host I asked her so many questions and she also made reservations for me at restaurants. Bed so comfy takes me ages on the 1st night to sleep somewhere new. However slept great the whole time. Few steps up to main kitchen then few more to terrace. I could manage. Beautiful experience from start to finish. Monopoli is so beautiful a hidden gem. Thank you so much Katia. 💓

“Great 3 night stay in Monopoli.”
Lovely apartment in a great location for railway station and Old Town. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows. Katia was very helpful and always on hand if needed. Roof top and top floor was very nice. We sat out one night and lit tea lights and had pizza and wine it was like an oasis in the madness of the city.

“Fantastic in every way, would definitely stay here again”
A great apartment,beautifully decorated in lovely Italian style,very clean and comfortable . Katia was a great host and did a short video explaining everything we needed to know. The check in process was simple and efficient and it is located very close to the old town and an easy walk to the train station.

I booked this place for its high-speed internet connection as I needed to stay in Italy after DANA disaster in Valencia, I couldn't go back home for a while. My boyfriend lives near Monopoli but has poor internet signal, and I had a very important online exam. This place has excellent and stable WiFi with no issues, allowing me to complete my exam stress-free. Its central location was also a big bonus, making my stay exactly what I needed. Very satisfied!

The location was perfect, walkable to both the train station, bus stop and town centre. It exceeded our expectations, even better than the pictures. So good we stayed an extra night! Very clean with good facilities and Katia was very helpful and gave us great advice on everything.

Stayed 2 days here. It was comfortable and felt safe in there. Just a few streets away from center and as location it was perfect. Recommend to all who doesn't have huge luggages with them.

“Charming apartment!”
Nice apartment, quiet and convenient. Easy to walk to the train station and the old town. We also walked to the beach every day. Monopoli was so nice, we really enjoyed our time there.
